so here goes my story .
INDIAN ARMED FORCES JOB what we all think about this job ?
i guess you all think EVEN ME TOO , it as an exciting one lots of facilities ,medical aid,salary,house etc etc.every one thinks their lives are supreme .we all know they have to fight many external enemies but their are enemies within..!!!
last year i was coming back from jammu to my city Lucknow .it was nice sunny morning when we boarded our compartment to my surprise i was going to travel with a group of army men going for their vacation i was extremely overjoyed as since my childhood i always wanted to join armed forces .My father helped me to start conversation with them .then slowly and slowly i got mixed up with them..!!! .I started taking tips from them to join army .Occasionally i asked Howzz life in army..!!
THE SILENCE OF NIGHT WAS BROKEN THE SUBEDAR WAS DEAD.The soldier actually killed his senior .he then moved to the headquarters of the region and surrendered saying "Maine subedar saheb ko goli maar di".Everyone was in a shock .he was arrested
AFTER TELLING THIS STORY The soldier who narrated this story cried a bit.i asked why do seniors are so harsh on their juniors.!!!! HE said "it has become a custom if yesterday my senior humiliated me now i will humiliate my juniors no one ends this it goes on and on".
i just request all officer ranked armymen to be kind with ur soldiers STRICTNESS FOR DISCIPLINE IS ONE THINK AND HUMILIATION OTHER..!!! DONT DEPRIVE ANYBODY OF HIS/HER FACILITIES
so you see people its not just china or pak that disturbs us but its something inside too that needs to be checked EGO
BTW our INDIAN ARMY IS THE BEST!!!!...#RESPECT #ARMY #INIDAN_BY_HEART

one replied "BAD" .I was like shocked to hear this an army men criticizing his own fleet I was curious to find out why .HE said discrimination ...!!! he further explained that the many seniors don't behave properly they try to curb the new soldiers..!!.He shared one incident ..!! once a subedar ranked personality deliberately used to punish humiliate one of soldiers under his control ...!! we all know solders are given month or two months leave to visit their homes ..!!on ce one of the soldier asked his subedar for his leave and he had a genuine reason his wife was pregnant and to take care of his wife he applied ..!!but the subedar denied yes he denied ..!! giving a lame excuse while he sanctioned other people leaves .but the soldier absorbed the pain of rejection well the story is not yet over .
Some months later the soldier came to know his child was born ,he was excited to meet the baby .!!!He again applied for the leave .Guess what his leave was rejected again even though he was entitled for it it was the end of the year.!! for applying again he had two wait for couple of months .A father away from his new born baby and that too only for the reason that child's father boss hated him.!! well that was not bearable to him .It was cold night ,the soldier was drunk just two overcome the pain .!! he without any complain was doing his duty as its designated post.His subedar came and started abusing him for drinking in duty hours and made him remember his a position "A sipahi"..!!! it was now unbearable for the young man ..!!!he opened fire ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE SILENCE OF NIGHT WAS BROKEN THE SUBEDAR WAS DEAD.The soldier actually killed his senior .he then moved to the headquarters of the region and surrendered saying "Maine subedar saheb ko goli maar di".Everyone was in a shock .he was arrested
